Every month we will do an in depth walk through, open, air and spring clean interior of your holiday home. Special consideration will be given to plumbing, lights, drains doors and windows and leaks

• Clean outside including furniture, decking etc, Check the boat cover and make sure gutters and drains are clear.
• We will make sure that your pool has sufficient water – including any water features and fish ponds.
• If we find any damage to your home or machinery we will contact you and let you know (with photos’ if necessary) Should you wish us to carry out repairs, we will get quotes for you perusal first
• We will generally give your house a good once over to make sure that everything is 100% and if not, bring it to your attention so that action can be taken.
• Those on monthly retainers will get reduced open /close service rates
• We do not offer a garden service but will cut your lawn if you so wish, (this is a quick run over with a lawn mower, not weeding, trimming etc) however by prior arrangement we can be on hand to supervise your garden service if you would like us to.
• For those households with post office boxes, we will clear your mail and offer a key and mail holding service. For those houses without post office boxes we will offer post restante services for you if you so wish.
• You will be secure in the knowledge that your home is being looked after and that if anything goes wrong it will be brought to your attention
